Glenrothes

Glenrothes produces mild, sweet, fragrant whiskies that are always fruity and complex. The single malts are also extremely popular with blenders such as Cutty Sark and The Famous Grouse which is why Glenrothes was not marketed as a single malt until the late 1980. There are of course variations in taste over the years and different bottlings, but the basic house style is always distinctive. Glenrothes is a really high-quality malt whisky, which is often brought onto the market in individual vintage bottlings.
Glenwyvis

GlenWyvis is Scotland’s first distillery in communal hands. It was funded by crowdfunding and is independent of the power grid thanks to its diverse own power products. It is considered to be the most environmentally friendly distillery in Scotland. Alas as the distillery has not yet released any spirit we are left to speculate on the nature of the first whiskies of GlenWyvis. Glenwyvis Whisky GlenWyvis is Scotland’s First ‘Community Owned Distillery’.
Hanyu

Hanyu is a Japanese whisky distillery that was closed in 2004. Due to the high quality of the whiskies and their great rarity, these have become coveted collectibles. It was at this distillery the “Ichiro’s Malt” whiskies were produced. Hanyu distillery Hanyu was founded by the Akuto family who have an incredible history of brewing dating back to 1600. However, it took them a while to tun their attention to whisky.
Hellyers Road

There are simpler tasks in the life of a Conderen, more difficult ones. A noticeably easier one is to make a single malt from a traditional Scottish distillery palatable to the profound connoisseur and connoisseur. A much more difficult, but therefore also more exciting, task is to convey to the whiskey lover a pleasure factor that at first glance seems rather strange. Around 17 years ago, 70 proud dairy farmers got together for this and decided: “We are now making a single malt”.
