1897: Floated as the Linkwood-Glenlivet Distillery Co. Ltd.

1933: Linkwood-Glenlivet Distillery Co. Ltd. sold to Scottish Malt Distillers Ltd. (SMD)

1962: Rebuilt. All stills became steamheated
