Incredibly informative tour. We have taken over a dozen distillery tours over the years and this one was by far the most informative. We are usually awed by extensive distillery operations that cover large amounts of beautiful countryside. Getting up close and personal with massive production facilities, warehouses and bottling lines is always fascinating. This tour was the polar opposite. It covered an exceptionally small footprint. But in that small footprint we learned more about the distilling and warehousing process than we had at any other distillery. We had booked the more expensive “Founders Tour“, and it was well worth it. Our exceptionally knowledgeable and personable tour guide “Pete” was joined by another very knowledgeable person who was obviously a “hands on” member of the production team. These two went to great lengths to delve into the subtleties that make great whiskeys. Great experience!

We did the tour and tasting which was a lot of fun. The second floor bar was great. The service was excellent and the drink "A walk in the woods" was outstanding.

Another Great Distillery Returning to Louisville, Ky by Lisa M

We toured the bourbon making process. This isn't the large noisy distillery. This is a cozy tour with a knowledgeable guide. At the end we tasted bourbon, identified ingredients by smell, and made our own bourbon cocktail. Delicious and fun.
