1894-95: Built by the Longmorn Distillery Co., a partnership of George Thomson, John Duff and Charles Shirres
1898: Incorporated as Longmorn-Glenlivet Distilleries Co. Ltd., when Benriach-Glenlivet taken over
1970: Merged with the Glenlivet and Glen Grant Distilleries Ltd. and Hill, Thomson & Co. Ltd. to form The Glenlivet Distilleries Ltd.
1972: Extended from four to six stills
