1965-66: Built by the Littlemill Distillery Co. Ltd., at that time owned jointly by Duncan Thomas and Barton Brands of the USA. Then producing two malt whiskies, Inchmurrin and Rossdhu

1971: Barton Brands assumed control and reconstructed their interests as Barton Distilling (Scotland). Two stills. Associated blending and bottling complex

1984: Closed

1987: Reopened. It is believed that a continuous still has been added
